Ingredients
- 240g e.whites
- 150g almond meal
- 210g pure icing sugar
- 100g gf flour
- 150g butter, melted
- 180g raspberry froz
- 1t vanilla extract
Instructions
- Sift icing sugar & flour
- Add almond meal
- Whip egg whites and vanilla to soft peaks
- Fold flour mix into eggs
- Add melted butter to mix and stir in
- Bake at 180c for 20 minutes
