Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2.5t grated ginger
- 5 small chillies (mild)
- 5-5 spring onions (Separate tops, middle & bottoms)
- Drizzle of sesame oil
- Optional, capsicum or mushrooms
- Sauce
- 3T soy sauce
- 2T sugar
- 1T oyster
- 1t chicken bouillon powder
- .5t dark soy
- 2T shou shing wine
- Pepper
- 6T water
- 1T corn starch
Instructions
- Slice white spring onion parts
- Whisk sauce ingredients
- Stir fry mince until fat renders and remove
- Add 2T oil to pan
- Add white onions,garlic & ginger
- Cook over mid-low heat to infuse oil (1min)
- Add spring onion middle (30 secs)
- Add sauce, simmer (1min)
- Add beef back (1min)
- Add remaining spring onion ends
- Add drizzle of sesame oil
