  1. Slice white spring onion parts
  2. Whisk sauce ingredients
  3. Stir fry mince until fat renders and remove
  4. Add 2T oil to pan
  5. Add white onions,garlic & ginger
  6. Cook over mid-low heat to infuse oil (1min)
  7. Add spring onion middle (30 secs)
  8. Add sauce, simmer (1min)
  9. Add beef back (1min)
  10. Add remaining spring onion ends
  11. Add drizzle of sesame oil
