Perfect over a tomahawk steak
Ingredients
- 650g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- .5t fresh thyme
- .5t salt
- .5t pepper
- .3c marsala wine
- .5c chicken stock
- .5c heavy cream
- 2T butter
Instructions
- Heat butter in large frypan over high heat until it foams
- Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic
- Saute mushrooms until brown (They will shed a lot of water)
- Add marsala, cook 3-5mins
- Add stock & cream, cook 3-5mins
