Notes
This recipe makes a great meatball for spaghetti. Can be halved.
Ingredients
- 1kg Beef mince
- 1c Panko crumbs
- 1c Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 4 Eggs
- 1c Cold water
- 1t Mixed Herbs
- Pinch Salt & Freshly cracked pepper
Instructions
- Mix ingredients thoroughly
- Refrigerate for 30 min
- Roll to golf ball size
- Bake on a lined sheet pan for 20-25 mins @ 180c
