Instructions

  1. Bake @ 180c stirring every 10 mins until caramelised (approx 45 mins)
  2. Pour hot mix into blender and blend for 20 seconds
  3. Portion into ramakins
  4. Chill 3-4 hrs
  5. Sprinkle with granulated sugar
  6. Torch to form toffee coating
