Ingredients
- 600ml cream
- 7 yolks
- 100g sugar
- vanilla
- 6T sugar for topping
Instructions
- Bake @ 180c stirring every 10 mins until caramelised (approx 45 mins)
- Pour hot mix into blender and blend for 20 seconds
- Portion into ramakins
- Chill 3-4 hrs
- Sprinkle with granulated sugar
- Torch to form toffee coating
