  1. Whisk eggs
  2. Mix cream cheese to loosen
  3. Add eggs to cream cheese and mix
  4. Add sugar mix
  5. Add cream mix
  6. Add flour mix
  7. Briefly blitz with stab mixer
  8. Pour batter into lined springform pan
  9. Bake 30mins @ 220c
  10. Allow to cool fully
