Ingredients
- 1kg cream cheese
- 7 Eggs
- 400g sugar
- 1 heaped tablespoon of flour
- 500ml cream
Instructions
- Whisk eggs
- Mix cream cheese to loosen
- Add eggs to cream cheese and mix
- Add sugar mix
- Add cream mix
- Add flour mix
- Briefly blitz with stab mixer
- Pour batter into lined springform pan
- Bake 30mins @ 220c
- Allow to cool fully
