Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, milk powder, baking powder, yeast, sugar
  2. Pour in water and oil, knead in dough mixer
  3. Return to bowl, cover and rest for 90 minutes or double in size
  4. Punch down dough
  5. Roll out to 1cm thick
  6. Cut 8cm circles with a pastry cutter
  7. Wipe dough with oil, stretch slightly then fold
  8. Place on a square of baking paper
  9. Cover and prove for 30 minutes
  10. Steam in bamboo steamer basket for 12 minutes
  11. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes
