Ingredients
- 150g gruyere
- 150g fontina
- 150g gouda
- 2T cornstarch
- 1c white wine
- 1 garlic clove
- 1T lemon juice
- 1T brandy
- 1t dijon mustard
- Grating nutmeg
- + items to dip
Instructions
- Grate cheese and toss in cornstarch
- Wipe pot with cut garlic
- Bring wine to boil then add lemon juice
- Over low head add cheese, little by little, stirring well between additions
- Once smooth stir in brandy and mustard
- Serve with items to dip
