  1. Grate cheese and toss in cornstarch
  2. Wipe pot with cut garlic
  3. Bring wine to boil then add lemon juice
  4. Over low head add cheese, little by little, stirring well between additions
  5. Once smooth stir in brandy and mustard
  6. Serve with items to dip
